“The system is working stably this Thursday (24th) and the slowdown eventually recorded results from the massive volume of simultaneous accesses. MEC continues to carry out all technical procedures so that the system remains stable”, says the folder in a note.
Yesterday (23), the page recorded 500,000 simultaneous hits. The number surpassed the maximum hits at the same time on the first day, which was 350,000.
In all, Sisu offers, in this edition, 235,461 vacancies in 129 public institutions across the country. Students who took the Enem 2018 and obtained a score above zero in the writing test can apply for vacancies. According to MEC, 3.5 million students meet the requirements and can apply for these vacancies.
Students also reported on social networks that they were able to access profiles that are not theirs.
Monique Rosa, 22, a student from São Bernardo do Campo (SP), who intends to study cinema, said that she accessed the site, using login and password, to change the second option of course and was directed to the page of another candidate. “I had to log out of her page and log back in mine”, she added, noting that she only managed to make the switch yesterday morning (23rd) after several attempts.
Tharcio Marques, 21 years old, went through the same redirection situation and still couldn't complete the registration. “The site went into maintenance and this morning it came back with my data. I still couldn't put the second option, because the page crashes”.
Sought after by the report, the MEC requested the students' data to determine what happened. The report awaits a statement from the ministry.
The MEC also decided to review the cutoff note disclosures. Starting today, grades will only be released at midnight, as was done in recent years. In this edition, the folder began releasing the notes five times a day.
“The measure was adopted in order not to harm students who have not yet registered and to improve access due to the high existing traffic”, he informed.
The result of the selection is maintained for Monday (28), according to the previously published calendar. With information from Agência Brasil.
