In view of this, the Federal Institute (IF) of the South of Minas created distance and free courses, providing more than 17 thousand vacancies for students of the institution and for the public in general.

Vacancies are divided between 10,000 vacancies for English courses for people related to the institute; and more than 7,000 vacancies open to the general public, including initial and subsequent training courses.
Approximately 10,000 places are offered in the project's English course English Without Borders. These vacancies are only available to people related to the IF, such as students and employees of the institute and partner institutions, such as the State University of Minas Gerais (UEMG), the state's public education network, among others. others.
All institutions are listed and available on the site from the Federal Institute of Southern Minas Gerais. The course will take place entirely virtually between June 2 and October 2020.
Entries must be made by May 24, from the form which can be found on the same site. The result of registrations and the list of classes will be announced on May 27th.
The vacancies open to the public account for 7,200 opportunities, including qualification courses in the following areas:
in total are 20 courses available for the public, each with different study level requirements. Most require complete elementary school I and II, with a minimum age of 15 years.
Applications must be made through the form made available by the IF, where all the courses and essential specifications are found.
The deadline for entries is April 27th and the shortlist will be released on April 28th.
