Havaianas has taken a bold step into the future of retail and opened its first 100% digital store, without employees. Located in Parque Villa-Lobos, in São Paulo, the concept is a milestone towards digitalization.
Embracing the power of technology, the company launched the “Havaianas Go” app, which serves as a gateway to a digital shopping experience.

Within the physical space, a variety of vibrant and stylish models of slippers awaits customers, displayed on interactive screens.
Shoppers are able to browse the collection, selecting the pairs they want with just a few taps on their mobile devices.
Payment is also quick and easy via the app, eliminating the need for traditional checkouts.
Maria Fernanda Albuquerque, Vice President of Global Marketing for Havaianas, expressed enthusiasm for this pioneering initiative:
“We believe that embracing digitalization is the way to the future of retail. With our new 100% digital store, our goal is to provide customers with an unparalleled shopping experience that seamlessly integrates technology and fashion.”
In addition to the innovative approach, the Havaianas store in Parque Villa-Lobos makes a powerful statement in favor of sustainability. She built the place with recycled materials, like a container with about a thousand kilos of recycled waste and recycled plastic.
The rubber panel that decorates the place was also made from recycled factory waste and discarded slippers.

One of the advantages of this format is the infinite possibility of expansion, as it can be conveniently installed in different locations, such as parking lots, parks, beaches, subways and events.
“Our goal is to reduce complexity, increase efficiency and expand our presence to connect with our valued customers in Brazil and around the world,” added Maria Fernanda Albuquerque.
The success of the hybrid service project in Aracaju, Sergipe, last year, was the basis for implementing this 100% digital store. The launch is an audacious move, further reinforcing the company's position as a pioneer in national retail.
