Deputy Dr. Soraya Manato (PSL-ES) presented the Bill 4936/19, which provides for the mandatory registration of the blood type and RH factor in school uniforms.
According to the author of the proposal, this change aims at immediate assistance in emergency situations. The idea is already being processed and is awaiting the conclusive analysis of the Education committees; Citizenship and Constitution and Justice.

Law 8.907/94 provides that the model of school uniform adopted in public and private schools cannot be changed before passing at least five years. In addition, it is determined that only the name of the educational institution can be engraved. In this way, the project of the deputy Dr. Soraya Manato would amend that law.
