Thanks to a friend's selfless act, Brandon Qualls's day just got a whole lot easier. The Arkansas teen spent years using an ordinary wheelchair. That's how he walked the halls of his school.
Brandon told the media that the chair had become an inconvenience. It made her arms "really tired." But since March, the student no longer has this problem.

In the last week of February, Brandon's good friend Tanner Wilson gifted him an electric wheelchair. Tanner had spent the last two years saving money for the present.
Tanner has a part-time job at an auto repair shop. It was there that he endeavored to gather the necessary money.
"He's been a good friend and I wanted to do him a favor," Tanner told CNN. “I just felt like I needed to do this. Brandon has always been there for me.”
A teacher from Caddo Hills High School helped customize the new chair. He added Brandon's last name on the headrest, as well as orange flames on the sides.
“They showed up and my face was in shock, I cried all over,” Brandon told KTHV. “Keep thinking, ‘Wow, I can’t believe he did this for me!'”
