Youth and Adult Education (EJA) is once again a federal priority
The ranking result was obtained through the analysis of user interactions in each country, taking into account two main categories, namely reach and engagement.
To assess reach, the item “familiarity” was taken into account, which, in this context, refers to the number of non-employees who connect with employees or visit their profiles.
In the case of engagement, “interest” was evaluated, that is, the number of non-employees who visit and follow the company's pages.
This time, nine companies debut in the ranking, namely: Google, Apple, Procter & Gamble, Bunge, Lojas Renner, Danone, Leroy Merlin, Pfizer and Facebook.
In addition to gaining even more visibility, companies have the opportunity to reflect on the importance of the employer brand in the current market, mainly in attracting new talent.
