The president of Inep, Marcus Vinícius Rodrigues, intends to review the Enem. He does not rule out the possibility of seeing the exam before it is applied. The measure was not customary among his predecessors.
“It is one thing not to be customary, another is not to be legal. The president of Inep has the authority to see the proof,” he said in an interview.

Rodrigues says he will review the Enem question bank. This bank is a kind of archive from which the test questions are taken.
“We are going to make the bank of questions have a non-ideological posture. Making this bank prioritize what really needs to be measured, knowledge”. The president took office this Thursday, in a ceremony at Inep. The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Education, Ricardo Vélez Rodríguez.
After the inauguration speech, the president of Inep spoke with journalists and Enem was one of the main subjects.
“I, president of Inep, can have legal access to the test. This will be discussed and, within all the technical and legal aspects, this will be discussed. The president of Inep can do that”, said Rodrigues.
On the possibility of leaking the exam, Rodrigues said he trusts the current security scheme. “There is security that makes us very calm”.
In his inauguration speech, Rodrigues said that his administration will have 32 possibilities, which will be detailed later. According to him, the autarchy will have a tripod: quality, trust and cost. “You don't need to have a high cost to do a good job”, he defended.
The president highlighted the importance of teacher training and the use of technology to improve education.
Today, the directors of Inep also took office. Three of them were already part of the autarchy's staff: Camilo Mussi, Director of Technology and Dissemination of Educational Information; Carlos Eduardo Moreno Sampaio, Director of Educational Statistics; and Mariângela Abrão, Director of Higher Education Assessment.
Professor and administrator Paulo César Teixeira takes over the Basic Education Assessment Board, which, among other attributions, is responsible for the Enem. The position had been occupied by Murilo Resende, who had been reassigned to advise the Higher Education Secretariat of the Ministry of Education (MEC). With information from Agência Brasil.
