• Intermediate knowledge of IT Technologies and datacenter infrastructures: VMWARE, BIG DATA, Relational Databases, Database Machine, Datawarehouse, Mainframe, Hybrid and All Flash Storage, IP and SAN Networks, Directory Service, Electronic Mail, Servers Application;
• Experience in managing the performance and capacity of IT systems infrastructure using related tools in practice (BMC TrueSight, TrueSight capacity Optimization, VMWARE vRealize Operations, VMWARE vCENTER Client, ZABBIX, NAGIOS and OS native tools – Windows Performance Manager, Linux top and sar).

• Experience with UX;

• Monitor and support the provision of operating services for the systems in the area of ​​operation, application of corrections and error handling in order to proactively resolve incidents and problems;
• Investigate and deal with incidents in the shortest time and with quality;
• Respond to questions and requests from user areas of the company;
• Monitor the technical and functional developments implemented by the project teams;
• Monitor the result indicators of the operation;
• Monitor the fulfillment of requests for simplified services by service providers;
• Constantly evaluate the technological evolutions for the systems, identifying opportunities and alternatives that can bring improvements, reducing the number of incidents and problems;
• Ensure compliance with SLAs in relation to the support of applications in the area;
• Maintain application stability, identifying and dealing with incidents and problems effectively to minimize the impact on the company's business;
• Maintain high availability of systems, preventing and resolving incidents;
• Deploy fixes/releases in a production environment;
