UEMA offers free EAD course on Educational Psychology

With the aim of encouraging and expanding knowledge in pedagogical theories, the State University of Maranhão (UEMA), opened a EaD course is totally free on the pedagogical theories of Piaget, Vygotsky and Wallon.

The course, which has no prerequisites, has as its main teaching axis the presentation of theories of Piaget, Vygotsky and Wallon, to present historical aspects of the construction of Psychology and its relationship with Education.

The syllabus addresses the various contribution fields of Psychology in the area of ​​Education. The workload will be 60 hours/class, through the Moodle platform. The target audience are education professionals.

Interested parties must only have access to the internet to enter the study platform and have access to the didactic material. To facilitate student learning, the course offers written material and video lessons on the topics addressed.

• UNIT I - THE RELATIONSHIP PSYCHOLOGY AND EDUCATION: Historical aspects, fields of contribution and diversity of approaches
• UNIT II - DEVELOPMENT AND LEARNING: Theories that emphasize the subject and theories that emphasize the object
• UNIT III - III-GENETIC EPISTEMOLOGY: an interactionist conception and its educational implications
• UNIT IV - VYGOTSKY'S SOCIO-HISTORICAL CONCEPTION AND ITS EDUCATIONAL IMPLICATIONS
• UNIT V - THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PERSON: Wallonian approach and educational implications
• UNIT VI - INCLUSION IN SCHOOLS AND THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY
