Art. 169 says that appropriating someone or other people's things by mistake, force of nature or fortuitous event can lead to a fine or imprisonment from one month to one year. Therefore, if you identify values that you do not know the origin of in your account, do not use them, as the situation can also generate a lawsuit.
Itaú informed that the payment slips due yesterday (03) can be paid until today. In addition, according to the bank, there will be reimbursement of interest or fines in these cases, so that customers are not harmed.
