The idea, therefore, is to reach, between 2023 and 2024, 1 million new enrollments in this type of education. In addition, the intention is to discuss, together with schools, the National Full-Time Education Policy.
The seminars will address the guidelines provided for this type of education, both for kindergarten, elementary and high school.
Other modalities will also be discussed, such as, for example, inclusive education, for bilingual deaf people, in addition to indigenous school education and quilombola.
After this cycle of the event, a document will be made available to schools and educational institutions, considering the principles for the integration of this modality from the 1st quarter of 2024.
Teaching networks, as well as universities, researchers and ministries, will be able to sign up for the seminars. This can be done through the MEC portal.
However, until now, the Midwest region It is the only one with open enrollment. The event will take place in Cuiabá (MT), between the 3rd and 4th of August.

The idea is that, at this event, the theme ‘Integral Education as an integrating and articulating principle of the stages and modalities in Basic Education’, in addition to other topics, such as human rights, environment, inclusion, new policies and more.
The other regions will host the seminars on the following dates:
North Region — Belém (PA): August 23rd and 24th;
Northeast Region — Recife (PE): September 13th and 14th;
South Region — Porto Alegre (RS): September 27th and 28th;
Southeast Region — Diadema (SP): October 4th and 5th.
