The WeWard application, available in Europe, can count the amount of exercise goals that the user is able to achieve. The researchers of this app, therefore, were responsible for the calorie research. For them, a 665 ml beer is about 240 calories. To burn that amount, it would be necessary to walk for 51 minutes.
To prevent alcoholic beverages from causing greater damage to the body, the ideal is to drink water so that the effects are mitigated. The ideal, too, is to follow the exercise routine correctly even a day after ingesting drinks with alcohol.
The tip that the researchers point out is to opt for a whiskey or choose to ingest 125 ml of champagne. The first beverage option has 60 calories, requiring a 12-minute walk, or 1,680 steps. In a 125 ml glass of champagne, there are 90 calories available, requiring 19 minutes of walking, or 2,520 steps.
These are measures that can be considered for a long time, but end up being left out of the planning when you decide to drink a little more.
