1. Your ideas are not valued
Everyone likes to opine, defend and share ideas. And, with that, your team needs to take it seriously for it to be implemented, in order to generate professional satisfaction and awaken the desire to contribute to the company. But when your superior or the company devalues or doesn't take your idea seriously, what's left is demotivation.
2. Criticize you publicly
Every professional needs constructive feedback that can help them improve, even if it's scolding to see where we went wrong. However, this must be done privately. If they do this to you in front of your co-workers, don't think twice, look for another job.
3. They don't thank you
Just as being criticized is constructive, so is being praised and recognized. If you do your job and do it well, you deserve to be recognized. If not, don't hesitate.
4. The boss only cares about superiors
Characteristic of the leader who wastes time with his superiors and does not pay attention to his work and effort. This demonstrates personal devaluation and shows that their function is to leave prestige with the boss. A good leader knows that if his team succeeds, so will he. Don't spend your time building another career other than your own.

Who doesn't like to feel like they're part of something bigger? Every professional aims for not only personal results, but also for society as a whole, in order to contribute to the world. Everyone knows that no one is irreplaceable. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't be valued and motivated. If your superior doesn't stop for a moment to help, listen or praise you, for him you are nothing more than a number for a big company.
