That pumpkin cabotiá cupcake recipe in Airfryer it's great for everyone, as it has no ingredients of animal origin, so it can be consumed by vegans. Pumpkin Cake in the Airfryer

The preparation of the dumplings takes around an hour and yields about 10 units. You'll just need to cook, sauté and finally take the dumplings to bake in the Airfryer. Keep reading and check out how simple this recipe is to make.

Ingredients

  • ½ pumpkin (medium)
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 8 broccoli florets
  • 4 hearts of palm (canned)
  • ½ chopped chili pepper
  • thyme to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation

  1. In principle, cut the pumpkin into medium-sized pieces and cook in water over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Use a fork to check if it's done as follows: if the fork pierces the pumpkin easily, it's cooked through.
  2. After cooking the pumpkin, remove the pieces from the pan and use the same water to cook the broccoli florets. Cook for five minutes and then place them in a pan of ice water to provide a thermal shock and stop the cooking process.
  3. Afterwards, heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and place the garlic, thyme and pepper to sauté for a couple of minutes. When the garlic is very golden, you can turn it off.
  4. Soon after, get a container big enough for all the ingredients and put them in. Also add the salt and mix well to form the dumpling dough. In this way, when the mixture acquires the appearance of a rustic puree, it is time to shape the dumplings and put them to bake.
  5. Finally, make equal sized balls. You can use a spoon as a measure in order to standardize the size. Then place in the Airfryer for 10 minutes at 200°C, then open the appliance, turn the dumplings over and bake for another 10 minutes.
