To start preparing your soup, you need to season the chicken, so that it becomes very tasty. With that said, start by placing the chicken breast in a container and seasoning it with salt and lemon juice. Reserve.
Now, in a pressure cooker, add olive oil and bring to a boil. When heated, add the onion, garlic and celery. Sauté until the onion starts to look transparent. Once this happens, add the chicken and let it fry all over its surface for about 10 minutes. When the chicken is starting to brown, add water and seasonings to taste.
