Furthermore, its preparation is very easy and fast: it only takes 10 minutes of work. However, the candy should stay in the fridge for about 1 hour, so it's worth planning to make it at the right time to enjoy it after lunch, for example.

How to prepare

To make this delicious dessert you will need:

  • 320mL of condensed milk;
  • 405mL of milk cream;
  • 1 package of juice powder of your choice.

The method of preparation is incredibly simple: just put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat with a fouet, do this until they are well incorporated. You can also use a blender or mixer to mix the ingredients.

So choose a pretty platter that you have at home and pour the cream over it. You can also put it directly into individual bowls or pots ready to be served.

The final step is to take the candy to the fridge for about 1 hour or until you notice that the dessert is firm. To serve you can add lemon or chocolate zest on top of the candy, or even make a beautiful fruit syrup – like strawberry, pineapple or blackberry.

Extra tip: add a syrup to spice up the dessert

Amansa Sogra goes very well with a cold fruit sauce and to make this accompaniment is very simple:

  • Cut small pieces of the chosen fruit;
  • In a pan add a glass of water, a glass of sugar and the chopped fruit;
  • Put the pan on low heat and stir well until the syrup is thick;
  • Turn off the heat and wait for the syrup to cool down before adding it to your sweet Amansa Sogra.
