It is important to note that Caixa Tem was created and popularized after the creation of the emergency aid program. When it was launched, its only objective was to guarantee the payment of the benefit.

However, these days, it goes far beyond that. Caixa Tem serves as a platform for receiving other benefits, such as unemployment insurance, family assistance, FGTS, etc. However, to access the values, you must have your registration updated in the application.

Register with Caixa Tem

• First, download the Caixa Tem application on your cell phone (available for Android and iOS);
• Open the app and click on “Register”;
• Then, enter all requested personal data;
• When you've done that, create a password with numbers (minimum six digits);
• After this step, and informing it in the fields available in the app, tap on “I'm not a robot”;
• Then check your registration confirmation email in your inbox;
• Finally, click on the link sent and validate your registration.

Update your registration

• Open the Caixa Tem app and log in with your CPF number and registered password;
• So, on the home screen, open the menu, look for the option “Update your registration” and select it. Tip: have your RG document already in hand;
• On the next screen, press “Got it, let's get started”;
• In this way, the application, at first, will present you with its address. If it is correct and up to date, you can choose “Yes, it is correct”. However, if you have moved or if there is any outdated information, click on “My address has changed”.
• Continuing, you must inform the place where you were born, and then press “Next”;
• After providing your identification data, select “Got it, let's go” to follow up and answer questions about income and assets;
• When passing on the information, review it, and if there is no incorrect information, just click on “Confirm”;
• Thus, validate your account by clicking on “Continue” and choose which document will be sent by the application;
• Then, click on “Continue” again, and within 48 hours your new registration will be activated.
