How to add spinach to your diet?

Spinach is an edible and super healthy leafy vegetable. Despite being rich in nutrients and vitamins, it is not a very popular ingredient for a large part of the population. This is mainly due to its taste, which may not be as pleasing, but there are ways to prepare it and add it to your diet that make it delicious. Before we talk about how to add spinach to your diet, it is important to highlight its benefits. Spinach is rich in vitamins A, C and E, lutein, zeaxanthin and kaempferol, which are anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, preventing skin aging and the development of cardiovascular diseases. Other minerals present are calcium and potassium, essential for regulating blood pressure, and iron, important in combating anemia.

This dish is an Indian recipe that uses spinach, cheese and various spices blended in a blender to form a paste and then cooked. This paste can be used to eat with toast or as you prefer. It's a very delicious option, which can also take protein and a great way to absorb spinach nutrients.

Preparing a green pasta with spinach is also a great option to consume the vegetable. Made from wheat flour, the preparation concentrates all the nutrients of spinach and its appearance does not refer to the flavor of the leaf. You will need wheat flour, eggs and spinach for the dough; you will also need a rolling pin or cylinder to finish rolling it out.
