Ice cream made with banana and peanut butter flavor

For this classic banana ice cream recipe, we added peanut butter for extra flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana;
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (of your choice);
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar.

Method of preparation

  1. First, take a banana and cut it into thin slices and freeze it;
  2. After they are frozen, beat them in a processor until you reach a consistent mass;
  3. Then add the other ingredients and beat again, forming a homogeneous mixture;
  4. Finally, take it out of the processor, put it in a container and it's ready to serve!

Chia pudding with mango cream

Because they contain a lot of fiber and protein, chia seeds are a good option to adjust your appetite. Mangoes are a good source of natural sweeteners. Then this delicious and low-calorie recipe is a great way not to spoil your diet.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml coconut milk;
  • Half a mango (medium) cut into cubes;
  • Juice of half a lemon;
  • 1 tablespoon of honey;
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.

Method of preparation

  1. First, put part of the mango cut into cubes, honey and the juice of half a lemon in a blender;
  2. Then beat these ingredients until they get a good consistency and book in a container;
  3. Separately, take a bowl and mix the coconut milk with the chia seeds;
  4. Gently add this mixture over the mango cream;
  5. Finally, decorate your pudding with the other half of the diced mango;
  6. Close the container and take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

kiwi popsicle

On warmer days, nothing better than cooling off with something very cold. That's why you can make kiwi popsicles at home that are so light and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped kiwi;
  • 240 ml of water;
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon of neutral alloy;
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk;
  • Popsicle sticks.

Method of preparation

  1. Take a blender and beat the kiwi, water, powdered milk and sugar for 2 minutes;
  2. Then add the neutral alloy and beat until mixed;
  3. Put it in popsicle molds and take it to the freezer for 45 minutes;
  4. Remove the popsicles and put the sticks in, then take it back to the freezer for at least 7 hours.
