Ingredients

The ingredients in this recipe have a very important common factor, which is the fact that they are sources of antioxidants. Therefore, they are perfect for fighting free radicals and maintaining our entire immune system. As a result, people who drink this juice will be less susceptible to the effects of time.

With the amounts mentioned, you will be able to prepare 500 ml of juice. However, if you want to do even more, just keep all the proportions. But first, write down all the necessary ingredients:

  • 1 piece of ginger;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 cucumber.

Because of the garlic clove, the taste of this juice can be quite strong. That said, you can reduce the amount of garlic and also sweeten it to give it a nicer taste.

Preparation

As for the preparation itself, it will be quite easy, since it basically consists of processing these ingredients individually and then adding them as a juice.

A good tip is to carry out the processing, and then take the processed ingredients to the blender with 1 glass of water (250 ml). At that moment, if you wish, add the sugar, or you can drink it directly. We even recommend that consumption be done without the juice passing through the strainer. This way, you ensure that the recipe has more fiber and, consequently, has a greater effect on your health.
