Follow the step by step to have tasty and crunchy cookies! An important detail is that this recipe does not contain gluten, so this snack is perfect for people with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity.

First, you will need a large bowl. Put the starch and salt in it and mix well with your hands or with a wooden spoon. Then pour half the water and keep mixing.
Soon after, put half the oil, milk and keep stirring until it acquires a wet farofa aspect. Then add the rest of the water, mix some more and put in the other half of the milk and oil.
Stir a lot and knead until you form a very homogeneous mass. Finally, add the eggs, mix until the dough becomes very smooth, creamy and dense.
With the dough ready, pass it to a pastry bag or a bag with the tip cut off, to make the models of the cookies. Place them on a baking sheet, respecting the space of at least one finger between them. It is not necessary to grease the mold.
Place to bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 20 minutes. Make sure the underside of the cookies is golden brown. It is not necessary to brown on top, so as not to overdo it.
Performance: approximately 700g, about 35 cookies.
