Reserve some time on the day you are going to make this roulade, as this recipe takes 1 hour and a half to prepare. Despite this, it is a super easy preparation to make and yields 10 servings.

Pasta

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of water
  • ½ cup sugar (tea)
  • ½ cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Method of preparation

  1. First, take a mixer, place the eggs with the water and beat until doubled in volume. Soon after, without stopping beating, add the sugar little by little to form a clear and fluffy mixture;
  2. Then turn off the mixer, pass the wheat flour through a sieve along with the baking powder and then mix all the ingredients lightly;
  3. Once this is done, pour the dough into a rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper and cook over medium heat (180°C) for about 20 minutes;
  4. Finally, remove from the oven and unmold the dough while still hot over a butter paper sprinkled with sugar. Reserve.

Filling

Ingredients 

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395 g)
  • icing sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation

  1. First of all, remove the label from the condensed milk can and the excess glue, if any, and wash it with water and neutral detergent;
  2. Then take a pressure cooker, place the can closed and cover with water;
  3. Cover the pan and lead to medium fire, let it cook for 20 minutes after taking pressure and then turn off the fire;
