  • 2 kg of very small potatoes;
  • Half a liter of olive oil;
  • 1 cup of oil tea;
  • 2 spoons of salt;
  • Half a cup of vinegar;
  • Season to taste.

Method of preparation

To prepare your pickled potatoes, start by cooking the vegetables in their skins. If you want, you can add carrots to the recipe, it's delicious.

While waiting for cooking, start preparing the seasoning. For this, put all the oil in the blender. Then add the apple cider vinegar or alcohol, the salt and finally the olive oil. In addition to these, you can add your favorite seasonings, such as pepper, oregano, coriander, etc. To finish, add the water and beat the mixture for about a minute.

Once this is done, make your sauce creamier by adding ten boiled potatoes to the seasoning. Finally, beat well. Thus, the preserve will be very creamy, delicious and even more full of flavor. After that, pour the seasoning over all the potatoes, wait to cool down and serve!
