The selected interns will receive a grant in the amount of R$ 2,000, in addition to benefits such as life insurance, health plan, transportation voucher and dental plan.
Food vouchers and the employee combo will also be offered, which includes a 30% discount on TV, landline and mobile telephone services, as well as fixed and mobile internet.

According to Daniely Gomiero, director of Human and Organizational Development, Culture and Sustainability at Claro, the program demonstrates the company's commitment to the employability of young people and the inclusion of professionals in search of opportunities in their careers.
For this, it is divided into three stages. First, students will go through an online track, followed by a group dynamic held virtually. The third phase involves a challenge related to the operator's business. Finally, one interview before the release of the results.
Rodrigo André, director of Human Resources at the company, highlighted the value the company attributes to people and the development of its employees.
He revealed that in the Internship Program of the previous year, an impressive 95% of the participants were hired in one of the Group's companies in Brazil.
“We are always looking to maintain and expand our intelligent people management (…). We believe that there are no better people than them, who have experienced our program, to talk about what it's like to do an internship at Claro”, adds Rodrigo.
Applications can be made until the 31st of August. To apply, you must attend the University education in the modalities of baccalaureate or technologist, with training forecast between December 2024 and December 2025.
