How do I know if there are undue prepaid lines in my CPF?

The platform allows a quick and simple query to identify the existence of prepaid lines registered in any CPF. This can be done via computer or mobile phone via the website. cadapre.com.br.

When carrying out the query, the system only informs if there are active prepaid lines associated with the CPF, without disclosing the numbers of each chip or the number of connected telephones.

Furthermore, it is important to point out that the service does not cover control or postpaid plans, focusing only on prepaid numbers.

Thus, the “Prepaid Registration” does not provide definitive information, but serves as an indication to verify the presence of prepaid lines in your name.

The consultation process is simple: just provide the CPF number in the indicated field, accept the terms and click on “Consult”.

Based on information updated every 30 days by providers Algar, Claro, Oi, Sercomtel, TIM and Vivo, the system displays which operators have active prepaid numbers and the states where they are registered.

If during the consultation you identify an unknown line registered in your CPF, it is recommended to contact the operator directly to request the cancellation.

This may indicate the possibility that someone is using your data improperly. To make it easier, below are the service numbers of the main telephone companies:
