O Desenroll Brazil Program is an initiative of the Federal Government, in partnership with financial institutions and other companies, to carry out the renegotiation of debts of the Brazilian population.
The central idea is to clear the name and guarantee the discharge of the debts of defaulting citizens. But, there are some conditions for participation in the program, which is divided into 2 tracks.

Those who seek to join the Desenrola Brasil program can have their name cleared, allowing them to obtain credit and enter into rent, provided they do not have other restrictions.
However, it is essential to understand that suspending the denial is not a complete pardon.
Debts of up to R$100 are temporarily suspended, and citizens must renegotiate them if they are unable to pay them in full. If the agreement is not made or is not settled, the negation is resumed.
The first stage began in July and covered bank debts of people with income equal to or less than R$20,000, with debts of up to R$5,000.
The idea was to help individuals who owed amounts of up to R$100 to clear their names. As one of the advantages, it was possible to pay the debt in installments.
The second phase of the program is scheduled to start in September, serving members of Level 2 of the government program. The government is developing an app to facilitate access.

Thus, at this stage, people who earn up to R$ 2,640 (two minimum wages) or are enrolled in the Single Registration of the Federal Government may renegotiate up to R$ 5 thousand.
At this stage, service sector debts will also be included, such as electricity, water, internet and other related debts.
However, it is important to point out that non-compliance with the renegotiated installments will result in a new negative result. Debt renegotiation must be fully honored to ensure better conditions and avoid the dirty name again.
The Brazilian Federation of Banks (Febraban) advises that, if the citizen adheres to the program and pays only part of the debts renegotiated, it will be negatived for the amount that remained open, plus charges such as default interest and fine for delay.
Banking institutions will offer the possibility of renegotiation directly with customers, with varying conditions between each bank.
70 million people are expecting to obtain special conditions to facilitate the settlement of debts through the program.
