This legislation establishes the obligation to create plans for the public health system. teaching and allows, on an optional basis, the application of such plans to educational institutions private.

The intention is to promote health and prevent illnesses in the school environment. States, municipalities and the Federal Government have a period of one year to prepare the plans. They must be reviewed and released within six months following the inauguration of the governors of each state.
The valorization law encompasses continued training, health promotion, the search for innovation, the appreciation of professionals, the encouragement of autonomy and the promotion of active participation.
In this context, one of the crucial purposes of the program is to reduce the incidence of employee absences in the workplace, while improving the performance of these professionals.
To achieve this aim, it is imperative to systematically monitor records related to absences, situations of functional readaptation and occurrences of work accidents.
