The promotion of the meeting reflects the state of Rio Grande do Norte's profile of energy integration, due to its characteristic of a large producer of oil and gas, as well as its potential for energy generation wind.
Furthermore, Rio Grande do Norte hosts the Sebrae Renewable Energy Hub, which serves as a hub for promoting new business to micro and small companies that are part of the clean energy production chain, especially wind and photovoltaic.

“Entrepreneurs need to understand the timing of projects, as well as understand the scenarios. We are talking about the emergence of new chains, such as offshore wind, for example, and new demands that involve a lot of technology”, commented Lorena.
In the manager's assessment, in addition to the necessary union of research and innovation with traditional companies, “startups will need structure and create connections with traditional companies so that both parties make the most of opportunities for business. The event program also includes a presentation on the 'Connections for Innovation' program, specifically aimed at intensifying integration with the country's open innovation ecosystem.”
When considering the exchange of information with the chain of small suppliers as ‘fundamental’ for the state-owned company’s business, the Supply Manager at Petrobras, Marina Quinderé, highlights that “we are always seeking dialogue and maintaining a collaborative relationship with the supply chain suppliers".
The manager also comments that “we want to advance even further in this approach to the supplier market and its regional vocations, in order to present the current demands of Petrobras' operations and identify business opportunities that will support Petrobras' activities Petrobras in the oil exploration and production, refining, gas and renewable energy segments”, stated the Supply area manager of Petrobras”.
