O Itaú and Santander formed a partnership with Biasi Leilões to auction more than 200 properties throughout Brazil. In total, there will be three auctions, which begin this November and continue until December. Properties are available with minimum bids starting at R$10,000. Prices may vary depending on the structure of the property, amenities and location.

Therefore, Itaú will put 30 properties up for auction on November 24th, starting at 11am (Brasília time). Among the properties available, there will be residential, commercial units and land, located in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Goiás, Rio Grande do Norte, Pernambuco, Pará, Rio Grande do Sul and Paraná.
A plot of land in the city of Anápolis (GO) with 235m², is among the initial investments with the lowest bid, starting at R$39,900. In addition, there is a commercial space with 20 m² of private area, in Jacarepaguá, northern zone of
Rio de Janeiro (RJ), for R$54.6 thousand. Going up to higher investments, a house in Sorocaba (SP), with 306 m² of built area, can be raised with bids just above R$1 million.On December 4th, Santander will put 165 properties up for auction, starting at 2pm (Brasília time). The buildings are located in several Brazilian cities, including a house with a total area of 318 m² in Cristinápolis (SE), with bids starting at R$10,000.
On December 8th, the bank will hold a new round of auctions, with another 15 properties in the commercial sector. The properties are located in Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Goiás, Paraná and Bahia. Bids must be made on the Biasi Leilões website, within the deadline stipulated for each lot.
