“I woke up today [11/27] and went to look at my Bradesco account and found that there was an improper discount without my permission,” said an account holder at Reclame Aqui.
On Downdetector, which collects complaints about failures in systems and services provided in digital format, there were more than 200 reports.
“This morning, I came across a negative balance in the account and I didn’t make any further purchases or transfers,” reported a Bradesco customer.
“The money came out of my account. I have called several numbers and no one answers me”, complained another account holder.
Faced with several reports of failures in current accounts, Bradesco responded in response to account holders.
Contacted by the InfoMoney portal, the bank's press office reported that the improper transactions were the result of a failure in the nightly processing of its automatic system.
Finally, the bank reported that the number of people affected was minimal and that it was working to restore normality to accounts as quickly as possible.
