Possum: Brazilian marsupial doesn't smell bad and eats up to 4 thousand ticks per week

What is the opossum's main defense strategy? If you answered “giving off an unpleasant smell”, you are wrong! To scare away predators or other enemies, the opossum growls and shows its teeth. He can still play dead, a strategy known as thanatosis and, contrary to what most people think, it doesn't release any stench.
