"The Hill of Howling Winds"

O Morro dos Ventos Uivantes (1847), a masterpiece by Englishwoman Emily Brontë, is one of the great classics of world literature. Adapted to film countless times, the story of the intense and turbulent love affair between Cathy and Heathcliff continues to grip readers decade after decade. The narrative takes place in the inhospitable region where the mansion that gives its name to the work is located, and has Gothic features that will bring the modern reader closer. Cathy and Heathcliff develop, as soon as they meet, an affinity that goes beyond social conventions, gender differences and even death.
