First, the chocolate is melted and poured into molds of various sizes and shapes. There, the molds go through mats that vibrate and eliminate air bubbles from inside the dough. Some types of bonbons are filled with fillings and then more chocolate. Finally, the molds go into a cold tunnel. When the chocolate hardens, the chocolates are removed from the molds and packaged.
