The café is popular with residents of all ages. Solar, the toucan, and Frili, the penguin, invite everyone to tea. There will be music with Dr. Cocoró and the couple's baby, Aconchego.
– My dear citizens, welcome! – exclaims the snake Silvia, on Mr. Cavalo's stand – I'm Silvia, and today I'm as Mr. Cavalo's assistant.
- Everyone giggles and makes light of it.
- We're lucky to hear two musicians tonight. Dr. Cocoró has been taking singing lessons and is getting really good at it. And Mr. Ptero taught Aconchego to whistle. So let's get them! – Silvia presents.

She gives a thank you and steps down from the podium.
Dr. Cocoró winks at Aconchego and they start a song. Residents are amazed.
- Wow! Incredible!
- How beautiful! – the residents think when they hear.
When the songs end, the villagers don't stop applauding. Nobody expected the concert to be so good!
– And now, please help yourselves – Solar smiles.
Silvia advances on the chocolate cake.
Mr. Horse approaches Silvia.
– You did very well! - He greets. – Your speech was brief, direct and friendly.
– Thank you Mr. Horse – Silvia says. – And thanks for letting me try to be a mayor! - she smile.
“The speech was easy,” she thinks. "I just did what I've been telling him all year!"
