Horsetail: good plant to recover lost minerals

Horsetail is a medicinal plant of very old use - botanically this plant is known as Arable Equisetum and, in each region, it has an interesting name: horsetail, horse glue, snake corn, foxtail, alligator cane, straw or vegetable sandpaper are some of them. of these popular names.

Horsetail is a swamp plant, which always gives and grows in regions where water is accumulated, in swamps, at the edge of lakes or ditches.
