Portuguese Activity: Oblique Pronouns

Portuguese activity, focused on students in the ninth year of elementary school, aims to study the oblique pronouns (those who perform the function of complement of the subject). Students are asked to identify these pronouns and understand how they function in the construction of the text on the book “My days with you”, written by Clare Swatman.

When Zoe's husband dies, her world falls apart. But what if it was possible to get him back?

One fateful morning, Ed and Zoe have a terrible argument, a recurrent one in their ailing marriage, and she ends up brusquely saying goodbye when he leaves for work.

A short time later, a bus hits Ed's bike, killing him and leaving Zoe devastated for not having told her how much she loved him. If they had been together a little longer that morning, would he still be alive? Could they have reconstructed the love that had brought them together?

After two months, Zoe still couldn't come to terms with it. In mourning, she decides to take care of her husband's garden, when she ends up falling and collapsing. […]
