NAME:
“This wall is shady,” an Arab said to his neighbor.
- Fortunately.
- No; understand me first. I'm complaining that you steal the sun from me with that wall you raised here at the foot of my house.
– But in this infinite desert, my friend, light is what is left and shadow is what is lacking. Notice your animals leaning against the wall I had built, if they're not satisfied?
But the Arab was so sorry and enraged that the neighbor decided to buy the land for him, so as not to have his small house torn down. The Arab agreed and went with his animals to another distant point; but, day by day, two or three died in the heat. One afternoon he decided to sell some.
– Why do you want to sell these animals? - Asked the buyer.
– Because I need the money.
– And what is the money for?
'To build a wall that gives me shade,' replied the Arab, looking sadly at four fallen camels, almost dead. .
