For some people, healthy living is simply avoiding disease. In fact, the concept is much broader, it goes much further. Today we already know that several factors influence health, such as: the relationship in the family environment and at work, the place where the person's emotional state and even the spiritual state are lived. If all this is not in harmony, the individual becomes ill more easily. Therefore, for a healthy life, it is necessary to find a point of balance and this point is obtained with the values of physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being.
