This mat of forests with blue rivers that astronauts saw is the Amazon. It covers more than half of the Brazilian territory. Those who travel through the region do not tire of admiring the beauties of the largest rainforest in the world. In the beginning it was like this: water and sky. It is a forest that has no end. Continuous forest, with very tall trees, cut by the Amazon, the longest river on the planet. There are more than a thousand rivers flowing into the Amazon. It's never-ending water.
