IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO HAVE A HEALTHY FOOD AND DO PHYSICAL EXERCISE: SLEEPING IS ALSO FUNDAMENTAL FOR THE HEALTH OF THE BODY AND THE MIND. LACK OF SLEEP _ OR BADLY SLEPT SLEEP _ DOES SO MUCH DAMAGE THAT THE LIST SEEMS NO END: NO SLEEPING OR BADLY SLEEPING IT CAUSES IRRITATION, tiringness, bad mood, lack of concentration and memory, in addition to changing the metabolism, harming DIGESTION.
SLEEPING PROBLEMS CAN EVEN INTERFERE WITH SCHOOL PERFORMANCE. SLEEP IS SO IMPORTANT THAT SCIENTISTS ARE RUNNING TESTS TO STUDY ITS MECHANISMS AND EFFECTS ALL THE TIME. SLEEP COMES TO MAKE A GENERAL CLEANING, "CLEANING" SOME UNNECESSARY FILES AND OPENING SPACE FOR NEW INFORMATION.
