We selected in this post a lesson plan back to school, to work with early graders to work on the adaptation and integration in the school space.
O beginning of classes it is a moment that mixes joy, sadness, anxiety, novelty and crying.
Precisely because it is something new for the child, it requires a adaptation period, especially for those who are going to school for the first time. The adaptation phase can last a few minutes, hours, days and even months… it depends on the child and especially on the school. So, the worry arises. What can be done to make the child feel pleasure in being at school?

Knowing the school as an environment of social transformation, where everyone has something to offer.
At this first moment, carry out the assessment through observation, considering attitudes and student behaviors, as the main focus is to get to know the student and the social environment where he is inserted.
Record the aspects observed in a notebook made for this purpose.
Stereo, CD, TV, DVD (Spirit film O Corcel Indomável), bond paper, cardboard, cardboard, pencil color, pencil, pen, scissors, string, white glue, notebook, shoe box and dictionary.
Group dynamics involve children, providing the experience of collective work, union and formation of a group.
For children and adults alike, the dynamics must meet the intended educational strategies and not used indiscriminately or only as a hobby. Below you will see several examples of Children's Group Plays and Dynamics, check out:

Print several name tags and ask students to put their name on it, then place them on the classroom floor and form a rotate with the students and shuffle, then ask each one to identify their name by showing it to the class and taking the badge.
When everyone has their badge in hand, distribute electrical tape to stick the badges on the blouse and start a chat about a presentation like: My name is Flávia Campos, I'm 36 years old, married, I like to be respected and I don't like bad jokes I like.
Start the presentation yourself and move on to the next one!
Other forms of presentation can be related to types of food I like, games I don't like, objects or places). Group students according to affinities.
In the next step, ask the children to draw what they like on an A4 sheet of paper or even notebook paper and name what they drew as a theme.
After the drawings are ready, the student will show them to their classmates and, soon after, they will be displayed on the class wall.
With literate students, the dynamics can be the same.
The vacation ends and soon comes the question what to do on the first day of class, to make it easier, I brought an activity called tourism at the school where the class gathers to guess drawings made by the doubles.
This activity was designed for students from the 1st to the 5th year of elementary school. Let one of the veteran students or be a former student at school with a newcomer so that together they can design a place in the school you can remember, at the end of the drawing put everything in a box and organize a prize draw.
The option of not putting the names of the students in the group can be adopted so as not to intimidate the most shy, but only you teacher will know if it is better for them to put their names or not.
Each pair or group takes a piece of paper and tries to guess which place is described by the school's drawing, then challenge the students to find it. the places described in the drawing (Only do this challenge if the class is calm, if it is a messy type it is better to leave it inside the classroom same).
Then make the presentation of the names of each one individually, as the students at that time felt more free to be able to introduce themselves.
If you see that everything is going as planned or even better, you can ask them to split into groups and the next day each group will choose an employee to intervene.
Give hints for questions such as: name, age, profession, how long you have been in this profession and why you chose it.
Don't forget to get the students' initial drawings and make a mural for the first day of class if it's convenient.
