Can you imagine that, in a football match in a league as important as the World Cup, a player scored a goal barefoot? No? Well, believe me: this really happened!
It was in the 1938 World Cup, Brazil played against Poland under a heavy storm, when Brazilian player Leônidas Silva suddenly lost one of his boots and, with his bare foot, made a great goal!
Currently, that goal would certainly be disallowed, but at the time it was accepted.
