For this activity we will need: Room with activity board. Bands to use for sale. Round stickers for i pingo.

Use this activity tip to work on developing coordination, group work, literacy, and reading and writing skills.

Step by step activity:

• On the activity board, write the vowel i without its dot in several separate spaces on the board.
• Divide the children into multiple groups.
• Each group chooses one person to start the activity.
• The chosen child is blindfolded and needs to do 3 turns.
• The goal is for the child to place the sticker in the right place so that the i has the drop.

The letter H at the beginning of words has a muted sound, or plays this role. In this activity, we will remind children of the difference between words with the initials H and I.
