Who's the joke with?

Sheep Babi is getting her little friends to sleep at her house tonight. Everyone is there.
– Giro, Dino, Horacio and Sujinho are going to sleep in the blue tent – ​​the mother sheep says. The rest will be in the red tent.
They play until dark, have a snack and slip into their sleeping bags.
He is silent now. But Sujinho, the hyena, can't sleep.
“Hey guys,” he whispers. – Wake up! – the others in the tent sit sleepily.

– Let's scare the girls from the red tent! - he says.
– No, that's silly. I don't want to - Dino Dino says firmly and goes back to sleep.
– Neither do I – Giro, the giraffe, says, and the hippopotamus Horacio nods.
Soon, Sujinho is the only one awake again.
She crawls out of the blue tent and takes a look at the red one.
– Ooooo! Ooooo! – he howls slowly.
Inside the red tent, the Babi sheep, the snake Silvia and the Zig and Zag zebras immediately sit down.
- What was this? – Babi asks terrified.
– I don't know, but I didn't like it! – says Silvia. She slides out of the tent.
Suddenly, Dirty shouts: – Help! Help!
In the darkness, Silvia had approached Sujinho and grabbed his foot.
– Who's scaring who? - She whispers.
– It was a joke – Dirty whimpers.
