Those born between March 21 and April 20 are Aries. Even though it is not January, this is the first sign because, in antiquity, a different calendar was used from the current one – in it, March was the first month of the year. Around the 5th century BC, some scholars who observed the sky created the Zodiac (circle that indicates the trajectory of the Sun). Within this circle, each constellation (set of stars) through which the star-king passes represents a different sign. Based on the Zodiac, an astrological calendar was created starting also in March, when the Sun is in the constellation of Aries. The tradition continues and Aries remains the first sign of the horoscope.
