In the story, old Geppetto creates three more wooden brothers for Pinocchio, so that he won't be a puppet alone. Each of them is born with very particular dreams and desires.
Junior is born wanting to be made of plastic. The second wants to be a musician. Pinoquia, in turn, wants to learn everything, read, study. The Blue Fairy even appears to transform Pinocchio's sister into a real girl, but she refuses, after all, everyone has the right to make their own choices.
