The cartoon above deals with the issue of minor offenders, in a critical perspective, the purpose to which this genre lends itself. Reflect on this issue and then produce an opinion piece, presenting solid arguments to defend a point of view on the topic:

"The reduction of the criminal age: solution or not?"
