NAME:
Gossip is a feminine noun meaning gossip, gossip. Gossip is the act of discovering information about someone and later telling that information to one or several people.
The origin of the word gossip is unknown, however some people claim that it may have originated in an African dialect. Gossip is the practice of a nosy person, who tries to discover secrets about someone to share with others. On many occasions, the shared secret may not even be true, but it is disclosed in the same way. Also known as ti ti ti, gossip proliferates in small environments such as small towns. One of the gossip's goals is to defame other people to feel superior and important. A gossip likes to think that he is an important source of knowledge, often talking about other people's flaws and shameful moments without the permission of the people in question. It is also considered gossip when a person has no intention of harming another, but speaks about it without their consent. For many people there is a notion that women are more gossips than men, which is not true. Gossip is a characteristic of human beings, both men and women. (…) https://www.significados.com.br/fofoca/

Value yourself. When we are victims of malicious gossip, we may end up questioning our talents and strengths, but don't fall into the trap of self-criticism. Instead, think of all the things that make you an amazing person, reminding yourself of your worth as a human being—make a list of all your positive qualities.
Do yourself a kindness. Positive attitudes promote positive thoughts and feelings(…). Do pleasurable things.
