Start by breaking the eggs and separating the whites and yolks into two bowls. Reserve the yolks and place the whites in the large bowl. Use the whisk to beat the egg whites until they are white and stiff like snow. _______________, then, the yolks and stir with the wooden spoon for a few seconds. Then add – in this order – the sugar, butter, wheat flour, chocolate, milk and yeast. Stir the dough a little as you add each ingredient. Now, just grease the mold with butter and wheat flour, pour the dough and put it in the medium oven until it rises.
