Our body has a biological clock, which controls functions such as sleep, hunger, concentration, in short, everything that happens during the day. Generally, in the morning, when we are rested, we have more attention and memory capacity. At night, concentration is less, because the body already needs rest. In other words, we don't think straight at night, because bedtime is coming. Therefore, the ideal is to do the tasks during the day.
